The OOSI Difference
The BasicRider course is designed for the novice rider. New riders will find our course FUN and ENJOYABLE. Our skilled instructors create an environment that allows for successful completion of the course.
We conduct 2-day and 3-day BasicRider Courses so the new rider can learn at their own pace.

All of our Motorcycle Training Course RiderCoaches / Instructors are certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.
Know the Laws
The Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) mandates all licensed drivers to pass the BasicRider Course (BRC) to receive the motorcycle endorsement on their license.
Students can then proceed to any local Tax Collectors office or DHSMV to purchase a new driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.
